Installations Assured Ltd only market and provide one product, “Insurance Backed Guarantees”. These are guarantees purchased by contractors for and on behalf of their customers.

The guarantee is designed to provide claims cover for the customer in the event of the contractor ceasing to trade due to insolvency, liquidation or the winding up of the business
on the retirement or death of the principals.

The guarantee will also provide facilities to arbitrate and deal with complaints on behalf of the customer.

Our promise is that we will act fairly and reasonably, ensure that all information we give will be clear, fair and not misleading, and to make sure that our services satisfy the requirements of the Private Customer Code (PCC) whether they be oral or written.
